Beef Stroganoff on baked potatoes..

(You can use mashed potatoes, fried potatoes, rice, pasta, noodles, dumplings and even just bread or toast.)

I took a roast this month and divided it into many meals.

Beef stroganoff is a comfort and filling dish.

Chocolate Waffles

I have a waffle iron and I made a chocolate cake batter (yes from a box.)

I sprayed the iron and made chocolate waffles.

I melt butter and mix 1-2 tablespoon of hot cocoa mix. I made like a glaze.

Beef soup

Imagine the show Chopped.

You have the following ingredients: 1 pound beef roast, can of corn, can of green beans, and rice.

I made a beef veggie soup over rice and it was hardy.

It was good to have on day when you are stuck inside avoiding a virus.

I have to say that fat on your beef is your best friend for flavor.
